**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative (Onsite) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements

**Essential Qualifications:**
