As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer questions and queries, and contributing to our mission of turning customers into loyal fans. If you're passionate about helping people and creating a positive impact, we want to hear from you. **Your New Adventure** As a Customer Solutions Expert, Spanish Speaker, you'll have the opportunity to: * Work with support team members to quickly and efficiently answer customer questions in a friendly, personable manner * Assist customers via live chat and on the telephone, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries * Collaborate with other teams like product management and engineering to stay abreast of arenaflex's latest features and innovations * Identify the root causes of customer issues and offer appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty * Help arenaflex grow by turning both existing and new customers into loyal fans, taking every conversation as an opportunity to help retain and grow our customer base **Does This Sound Like You?** We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with: * Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) * Great customer service skills, including active listening, responsiveness, and thorough follow-through * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Soft skills focused on risk management and negotiation, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Comfortable multitasking and managing several customer interactions simultaneously * Familiarity with email systems, including filtering, spam management, and integration (a plus) * Basic knowledge of sales processes, including leads, opportunities, and deal tracking (a plus) * Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred) * Experience with sales/CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM (a plus) * Confident using helpdesk tools like Intercom, Freshdesk, Zendesk, among others **Why Join arenaflex?** We're a people-first company that values authenticity, champions collaboration, and supports each other.
