**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our part-time, remote team on a weekend day shift (Friday to Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST). As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat, to ensure that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. You'll report directly to the Customer Success Supervisor and will be tasked with guiding new and potential customers through their shopping experience, answering order questions, providing product information, and supporting the overall team in building a successful brand.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand, and making informed decisions that meet the needs of both the customer and the business.
* Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line, and finding creative solutions that meet both the customer's expectations and the business's goals.
* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met effectively, and that our products and services are meeting the expectations of our customers.
* Collaborating with external teams to support business and customer needs, and taking on additional projects as needed to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products, including Nuuly.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* A willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs.
* On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, having a finger on the pulse of relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture can be beneficial in this role, as you'll be working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
