As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be part of a talented team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and support. **Role Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time, weekend evening shift (Friday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST). As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers via telephone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting our team to drive business growth.
