**Role Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' bottom line
* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
* Collaborating with the Customer Success Supervisor to achieve established service level agreements (SLAs)
* Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and brand initiatives to provide expert advice and support to customers
**Key Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
* A passion for and understanding of arenaflex's brands, customers, and products
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and communication tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
