**Job Summary**
As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our higher education partners. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and training to problem resolution and renewal. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with our clients, drive business growth, and continuously improve our products and services.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Onboarding and Training**: Collaborate with our partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, providing comprehensive training and support to help them get the most out of our solutions.
* **Training and Webinars**: Assist in the design, hosting, and facilitation of trainings and webinars for partner institutions, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
* **Use Case Identification**: Work with partners to identify their unique use cases and provide tailored solutions and best practices to help them achieve their goals.
* **Technical Support**: Answer questions, troubleshoot technical problems, and escalate issues to the proper teams using tickets and other communication channels when necessary.
* **Content Creation**: Generate engaging content for customer success newsletters, helping to keep our partners informed and up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices.
* **Feedback and Analysis**: Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide valuable insights to our Product Team, helping us to continuously improve our products and services.
* **Knowledge Development**: Develop and document knowledge into helpful content, ensuring that our partners have access to the information they need to succeed.
* **KPI Tracking**: Track customer service KPIs and metrics, providing insights into our performance and areas for improvement.
* **Relationship Building**: Develop superior customer service relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty through exceptional support and service.
* **Market Knowledge**: Proactively learn about arenaflex's solutions, competitive products, and market knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the higher education sector.
* **CRM Management**: Update all interactions and tasks in the HubSpot CRM application, ensuring that our customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **2-4 years of customer success experience** or similar, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
* **Higher Education industry experience**, preferably in colleges or universities, with a deep understanding of the sector's unique challenges and opportunities.
* **Meticulous attention to detail**, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
* **Experience and/or passion for data and data analytics**, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret customer feedback and data.
* **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**, including group presentations, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
* **Experience with troubleshooting and managing customer requests**, with a focus on resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
* **Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced startup environment**, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
* **HubSpot CRM experience**, with a strong understanding of the platform and its capabilities.
* **Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools**, including Asana, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Canva, and other relevant software.
* **Self-starter with strong attention to time management and productivity standards**, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
