As a Nuuly Customer Success Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and building a loyal customer base. **Role Summary** As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Supervisor. **Expected Hours & Work Environment** The expected hours for this role are Friday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business.
