**Job Summary**
As a Customer Success Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for supporting our Redshift engineering, product, and operations teams. You'll work closely with our largest and most important customers to identify and resolve issues, automate repetitive processes, and drive business growth. Your enthusiasm for digging deep and sharp technical communication skills will be essential in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work directly with customers to identify and resolve issues, providing expert-level support and guidance on Redshift architecture and configurations
* Collaborate with pre-sales teams to onboard large-scale customers, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and driving business growth
* Automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
* Work closely with business and support teams to prioritize operational issues, communicate roadmaps, and drive feature prioritization
* Develop a deep understanding of customer use-cases and configurations, and use this knowledge to inform product development and feature prioritization
* Prioritize and manage multiple customer issues and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality results
* Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and executive leadership
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or engineering capacity
* Strong technical background in data warehousing, cloud computing, and database administration
* Experience with Amazon Redshift, AWS, and other cloud-based technologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues and projects simultaneously
* Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell)
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with large-scale customers and complex technical issues
* Knowledge of data warehousing best practices and industry trends
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
* Certification in Amazon Redshift, AWS, or a related technology
* Experience with customer success platforms and tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk)
