**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Engineer to join our arenaflex Redshift Service team. In this role, you'll work closely with our engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for identifying and resolving complex issues, onboarding large-scale customers, automating repetitive processes, and collaborating with business and support teams to drive customer success.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work closely with our largest and most important customers to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring their success with arenaflex Redshift Service
* Collaborate with pre-sales teams to onboard large-scale customers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the onboarding process
* Automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
* Work closely with business and support teams to drive customer success, prioritize operational issues, and communicate roadmaps with customers
* Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex Redshift Service architecture, customer use-cases, and configurations
* Help prioritize features and contribute to the development of new features and enhancements
* Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on technical support and customer success
* Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of cloud-based data warehouse solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
* Experience with arenaflex Redshift Service or similar cloud-based data warehouse solutions is highly desirable
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on technical support and customer success
* Experience with automation tools and scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell
* Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
