Whether you're a digital nomad or a remote-first company, we've got you covered. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for nurturing and maintaining the trust that clients place in careerzynith. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless experience for employing abroad, acting as a voice and advocate for our clients. You'll gather feedback, collaborate with other careerzynith teams, and optimize the service experience to maximize value for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Client Onboarding:** Facilitate the adaptation of new clients, getting them up to speed with our employment solutions and setting them up for a successful working relationship with careerzynith. * **Active Product Usage:** Monitor your client portfolio's health, continuously realigning client needs with our business solutions, facilitating business changes that impact clients, and driving upsell campaigns. * **Client Retention Activist:** Facilitate the exit process, ensuring a smooth transition while leaving the door open for future opportunities. **What We're Looking For** * **Minimum 2 years in Customer Success or 3 years in Customer Experience:** Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. * **Language:** English - excellent verbal and written communication abilities. * **Energetic, Motivated:** Displaying enthusiasm and a proactive attitude that drives engagement and inspires confidence in clients and team members. * **Diligent Documentation:** Maintaining thorough and accurate records. * **Customer-Centric Mindset:** Every client matters! * **High Empathy:** Ability to understand and resonate with clients' feelings and perspectives. * **Time Management:** Capable of prioritizing tasks dynamically and efficiently to meet client needs. **Desirable (but not required):** * **German language:** A huge advantage in communicating with our clients and partners. * **System Knowledge:** Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and Salesforce. * **Experience in delivering product demonstrations and presentations:** Ability to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients. **Our Benefits and Perks** * **Global, remote, and thriving:** We're a global team of talented individuals spread across 26 countries.
