We're committed to building a workplace that's welcoming and supportive of all employees, regardless of their background or identity. **About the role** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers realize true value from our AI solutions, driving greater value across multiple domains, including clinical, operational, and financial departments. You'll work closely with our sales and services teams to lead customer engagements, using our innovations and technologies to help achieve the customer's goals and solve their needs. **Key responsibilities** * **Own and drive customer satisfaction**: Ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services, and identify opportunities to improve their experience. * **Design, develop, and deliver customer onboarding and training**: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure our customers are able to effectively use our products and services. * **Design, develop, and deliver change management initiatives**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver change management initiatives that support our customers' business goals. * **Understand customer workflows and provide clinical support**: Work with our customers to understand their workflows and provide clinical support to help them achieve their business goals. * **Conduct customer discovery**: Conduct customer discovery in a consultative manner, developing statements of work and success criteria as part of presales engagements and partnering with customers to help achieve their business goals. * **Develop customer success plans**: Develop customer success plans post-sale to ensure we deliver on the customer's business goals and achieve maximum value from their arenaflex investment. * **Collaborate with our Product team**: Collaborate with our Product team to gather customer insights and feature requests that will guide product roadmap changes. * **Work closely with installed base customers**: Work closely with our installed base customers to identify cases that highlight the benefits of our Enterprise solutions, forming the basis of case studies developed in collaboration with marketing teams. **Essential qualifications** * **Demonstrated experience in Clinical Applications, Customer Success Experience, and/or Sales within the healthcare industry**: You'll have a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with experience working with clinicians and leadership in a similar healthcare role. * **Good understanding of clinical workflows**: You'll have a good understanding of clinical workflows, with experience working with medical imaging IT systems (i.e. PACS/RIS software, DICOM/HL7 standards). * **Technical proficiency with medical imaging IT systems**: You'll have technical proficiency with medical imaging IT systems, including PACS/RIS software and DICOM/HL7 standards. * **Experience with survey tools, data analysis, and reporting**: You'll have experience with survey tools, data analysis, and reporting, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions. * **Willingness to travel**: You'll be willing to travel up to 25% of the time within the ANZ region for the role as needed. **Nice to have qualifications** * **Tertiary education in Medical Imaging, Biomedicine, Healthcare IT, or equivalent**: You'll have a tertiary education in Medical Imaging, Biomedicine, Healthcare IT, or equivalent, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and medical imaging IT systems. * **Formal qualifications including project or change management certifications**: You'll have formal qualifications, including project or change management certifications, with experience working with customers to achieve their business goals. * **Previous experience with Salesforce**: You'll have previous experience with Salesforce, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions. **What we're looking for** We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
