We believe in empowering communities and promoting sustainability through our innovative solutions. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us onboard, support, and delight our customers. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a best-in-class Customer Success program, developing the infrastructure to onboard new customers smoothly, equipping them to adopt our platform effectively, and ensuring they achieve value as quickly as possible. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will: * Serve as the primary contact for all B2B Customer Success requirements, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our customers. * Be the product expert, learning the ins and outs of our product and services to help customers understand, use, and get the most out of our platform. * Own the end-to-end customer journey, from Sales handover to managing implementation to preventing churn, with a focus on maximizing adoption and delivering customer delight. * Develop and implement processes to ensure effective adoption and renewals, providing regular reports to leadership and customers on account progress, opportunities, and risks. * Closely track customer satisfaction, taking a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and taking action to prevent potential churn. * Implement processes to ensure rapid response to customer support challenges, ensuring issues are escalated to the right stakeholders, and coordinating across the company as needed. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * At least 4 years of Customer Success experience, with a strong inclination towards the Real Estate industry. * Experience working within Customer Success teams and developing and embedding best practices to deliver company goals. * A proven track record in designing and executing customer success strategies that promote loyalty and customer satisfaction. * Experience in customer support or communication (either directly or through team leadership). * A sense of urgency to achieve great things in life and a willingness to go the extra mile to get things done. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience in building and running a highly effective customer support function. * Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams (Sales, Product, and Marketing) and set the direction for your function. * Experience working directly with key accounts to drive satisfaction, retention, and potential expansion. * A strong understanding of the Real Estate industry and its challenges. **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * A competitive salary of $75,000, with a potential total OTE of $120,000. * A full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule. * Equity in the company in the form of stock options. * A comprehensive benefit package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. * Opportunities for professional growth and development, with a focus on building a strong and diverse team. **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
