**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us onboard, support, and delight our customers. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a best-in-class Customer Success program, developing the infrastructure to onboard new customers smoothly, equipping them to adopt our platform effectively, and ensuring they achieve value as quickly as possible.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will:
* Serve as the primary contact for all B2B Customer Success requirements, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our customers.
* Be the product expert, learning the ins and outs of our product and services to help customers understand, use, and get the most out of our platform.
* Own the end-to-end customer journey, from Sales handover to managing implementation to preventing churn, with a focus on maximizing adoption and delivering customer delight.
* Develop and implement processes to ensure effective adoption and renewals, providing regular reports to leadership and customers on account progress, opportunities, and risks.
* Closely track customer satisfaction, taking a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and taking action to prevent potential churn.
* Implement processes to ensure rapid response to customer support challenges, ensuring issues are escalated to the right stakeholders, and coordinating across the company as needed.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 4 years of Customer Success experience, with a strong inclination towards the Real Estate industry.
* Experience working within Customer Success teams and developing and embedding best practices to deliver company goals.
* A proven track record in designing and executing customer success strategies that promote loyalty and customer satisfaction.
* Experience in customer support or communication (either directly or through team leadership).
* A sense of urgency to achieve great things in life and a willingness to go the extra mile to get things done.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Experience in building and running a highly effective customer support function.
* Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams (Sales, Product, and Marketing) and set the direction for your function.
* Experience working directly with key accounts to drive satisfaction, retention, and potential expansion.
* A strong understanding of the Real Estate industry and its challenges.
**What We Offer**
