Experienced Customer Success Representative – Medical AI Solutions for Cancer Patients (Remote, West Coast Based)

With a focus on empathy, professionalism, and collaboration, we're committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by cancer. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for: • Delivering empathetic, solution-oriented support to careerzynith customers, reflecting an understanding of their needs and providing the best service and ordering experience. • Collaborating effectively with internal partners (Sales, Product, Lab, Billing, and Operations) to resolve customer issues and ensure professional, timely communication. • Effectively managing orders through review reports and/or dashboards, providing support case resolution for assigned orders with accuracy and attention to detail. • Understanding and utilizing information from pathology reports and other relevant clinical documents to support the order process. • Maintaining consistent documentation every day and following standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Balancing workload while meeting responsiveness and resolution benchmarks, prioritizing work based on urgency and customer impact. • Identifying and communicating opportunities for workflow or experience improvements, sharing insights from the field to contribute to product development and service enhancements. • Approaching every interaction with empathy, patience, and a genuine focus on the customer experience. • Communicating clearly and respectfully, both in writing and verbally, delivering professional telephone, email, and instant message etiquette. • Actively listening and tailoring responses to different customer profiles and needs. • Proactively using a problem-solving mindset to seek solutions and follow through to ensure resolution. • Embracing change and remaining resilient in a dynamic startup environment. • Demonstrating strong analytical and multitasking skills daily within a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. • Conflict resolution oriented and highly effective at overcoming obstacles. • Seeking constructive feedback and applying learning to improve performance. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: • A Bachelor's degree • 2 years of minimum customer service experience within healthcare or a clinical reference laboratory • 3 years of minimum experience working in a collaborative environment • Previous sales support experience preferred • Understanding of clinical data and ability to convey sales and marketing messages • Thorough knowledge of customer service practices and sales principles • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Zendesk preferred **Competitive Compensation and Benefits** careerzynith offers a competitive salary of $25-$30 an hour, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other factors to be discussed during the interview process.
