Position Overview

As a Customer Success Representative – Tier 2 at careerzynith, you will serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for customers interacting with a wide range of financial products and services. Working across multiple communication channels — including phone, text, chat, video chat, and email — you will deliver world-class support, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our customer success strategies.
