**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through:
* Understanding and effectively presenting products and promotions to customers
* Building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and personalized service
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics in customer service
* Efficiently multitasking and navigating through multiple systems during each interaction

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours
* Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 1 hour
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
* Net Promoter Score (NPS): Achieve an NPS score of 50 or higher
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
