If you're passionate about providing timely, accurate, and personalized support to our clients, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Job Details:** * **Contract to Hire:** This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, providing you with the flexibility to work with us on a temporary basis while we assess your skills and fit for a permanent role. * **Hours:** Our ideal candidate will be available to work from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday. * **Remote Work:** As a remote Customer Support Agent, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, equipped with the latest technology and tools provided by arenaflex. * **Benefits:** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to our employee assistance program. **Qualifications:** * **Customer Service Experience:** We're looking for a candidate with strong customer service experience in the financial services industry, preferably with 2-3+ years of experience in a call center environment. * **Call Center Experience:** Experience working in a call center environment, utilizing telephony-related production tools, is highly desirable. * **Education:** In lieu of customer service experience, we'll consider candidates with a Bachelor's degree. * **Data Entry:** You'll need to be able to type 7,000+ KPH and accurately enter information into our system while on the phone with customers. * **Attendance and Call Metrics:** You'll be expected to meet strict attendance expectations and call metrics, ensuring that you're consistently delivering high-quality support to our clients. **A Day in the Role:** As a Customer Support Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and customer-focused claim information to our clients. Your day will be filled with: * **Data Entry:** You'll need to enter information into our system while on the phone with customers quickly and accurately. * **Multi-Tasking:** You'll be required to multi-task, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously. * **Computer and Phone Skills:** You'll need to be comfortable working on a computer and on the phones all day, with scheduled lunch breaks. * **Claim Information:** You'll provide various external and internal callers with timely, accurate, and customer-focused disability and/or life and/or leave claim information. * **Documentation:** You'll record summaries of information exchanged in our claim system with a high level of accuracy and detail. * **Claim Acknowledgement:** You'll issue timely and accurate claim acknowledgement correspondence. * **Operational Standards:** You'll remain fully compliant with operational standards and meet or exceed call center operational metrics. **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a dynamic and growing financial services company with over 60 years of experience in the industry.
