Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering extraordinary customer service and building positive relationships with clients
- Managing your time effectively and responding to incoming calls in a timely manner
- Accurately documenting call details and customer interactions
- Taking ownership of customer issues and following them through to resolution
- Maintaining organized records of service actions and outcomes
- Prioritizing workflow based on task urgency and importance
- Supporting additional tasks as assigned

- Remote work arrangement: Must reside in the greater San Antonio, TX area
- Flexible schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (no weekends!)
- Employment duration: 3 to 4 months

- Proven working experience in a customer service environment, preferably Technical Support
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Availability to work Monday-Friday
