**The Role**
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support and service. You'll work closely with our internal engineering and customer success teams to directly support our customers and escalate issues as necessary. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal
* Interfacing with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported
* Working with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
* Using Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill solutions from many sources of information
* Experience working in a customer service role
* Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

**Compensation**
