**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will:
* Handle incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal, providing timely and effective resolutions.
* Interface with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless support for pilots and existing customers.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions, ensuring timely resolutions and continuous improvement.
* Utilize Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
**Preferred Experience:**
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill solutions from multiple sources of information.
* Experience working in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
