Your main responsibilities will include: - **Resolving Customer Issues**: Focus on resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring swift response times and prioritizing customer satisfaction. - **Adapting to Change**: Stay ahead of the curve with new product releases and adapt to constant changes in our fast-paced, scale-up environment. - **Measuring Success**: You'll be measured through team KPIs, including resolution time and response time, and have the autonomy to set your own KPIs to drive personal and team growth. - **Multichannel Support**: Answer customer inquiries via live chat, WhatsApp, and email, handling day-to-day client issues and providing exceptional support across multiple platforms. **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: - **Minimum 2 Years Experience**: In online customer support, live chat, and calls, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. - **Organizational Skills**: The ability to multitask across different platforms and prioritize tasks effectively. - **Proactive Nature**: A forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative. - **Assertive Communication**: The ability to be the voice of the customer when communicating internally and assertively represent customer needs. - **Collaboration Skills**: Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders. **What We Offer** Join arenaflex at a dynamic growth phase, where your contributions can have a significant impact on shaping the company's future success.
