We're now seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Expert to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers.
**What You'll Do in the Role:**
As a Customer Support Expert at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience with our luxury products. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Product Expertise:** Become an expert in our premium outdoor saunas and cold plunge tubs, helping customers understand the technical details and benefits of our luxury products. You will provide thorough information to guide customers from purchase to their first use.
* **Technical Support:** Offer top-tier support by troubleshooting customer issues and offering technical assistance related to product setup, operation, and maintenance. Ensure that customers are confident and satisfied with their purchase.
* **Customer Journey Support:** Support our customers throughout their entire experience—after purchase, through delivery, and all the way to their first use. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve challenges, and ensure that every interaction reflects the high standard of our luxury brand.
* **Seamless Delivery Experience:** Coordinate closely with our warehouse, shipping partners, and product teams to ensure timely, efficient, and hassle-free delivery. Follow up with customers to confirm successful installation and satisfaction with their purchase.
* **Problem Solving:** Approach challenging customer situations with a problem-solving mindset, providing quick and effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. You will become a key part of ensuring that every arenaflex customer has an exceptional experience.
* **Customer First Attitude:** Maintain a customer-first attitude in all interactions, acting as a representative of arenaflex by delivering empathetic, professional, and personalized service.
**What You'll Need for the Role:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Previous experience in customer support or technical service roles:** We're looking for someone with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
* **GED or High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred):** While a degree is not required, we're looking for someone with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
* **Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on technical product information:** You'll need to be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
* **Strong written and verbal communication skills:** You'll need to be able to write clear and effective emails, phone scripts, and other communication materials.
* **Comfortable learning and using software applications required for customer support:** You'll need to be able to learn and use our customer support software and other tools to effectively manage customer interactions.
* **Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position:** We're looking for someone who is committed to being present and engaged during their scheduled work hours.
**Work Schedule:**
* **5 days per week between the hours of 7am-5pm (including weekends) for a 40 hour work week:** You'll need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
* **Schedule will include some holidays at double pay:** We appreciate our employees' hard work and want to ensure that they're compensated fairly for their time off.
**Work Location:**
* **Onsite during the week at 20730 72nd Ave S, Kent, WA 98032:** You'll need to be able to commute to our office during the week.
* **Weekends work from home:** You'll need to be able to work from home on weekends.
**Compensation:**
* **As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into this position:** We're committed to paying our employees a fair and competitive salary.
* **Base Hourly Rate: $30 per hour plus performance incentives:** You'll have the opportunity to earn additional income through performance incentives.
* **On-Target Earnings (OTE) $70,000:** We're confident that you'll be able to earn a salary of $70,000 or more, depending on your performance.
