**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing the customer onboarding process and activities to ensure seamless integration with our solutions
* Serving as the first line of support for all customer issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to their concerns
* Updating and confirming all renewal opportunities to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
* Shipping customer orders on a weekly basis, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service
