**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound calls and emails from members and customers seeking information about their healthcare plans, benefits, and services
* Provide accurate and timely information about healthcare plans, benefits, and services, including prescription coverage, mail order services, and other related topics
* Empower members to make informed decisions about their healthcare by providing clear and concise information about their options and benefits
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and concerns, and escalate issues to senior representatives or management as needed
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer support efforts
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in customer support and healthcare-related topics
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse populations in a patient and supportive manner
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
