**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to questions and concerns, and providing solutions to help our members better understand their benefits and make informed decisions about their healthcare. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from arenaflex members, responding to questions and concerns about their benefits, coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
* Provide solutions to help members better understand their benefits and make informed decisions about their healthcare
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting
* Experience working with healthcare benefits, insurance, or pharmaceuticals
* Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications and CRM software
