Our relaxed, yet professional work environment is the perfect place for motivated individuals to grow and thrive. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative – Chat Operations, you'll be responsible for: - Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services - Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review - Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review - Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services - Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **Key Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus) - Basic internet and window-based computer skills - Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a definite advantage - Positive and professional demeanor - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment **Requirements** - Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST - Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus) - Basic internet and window-based computer skills - Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a definite advantage - Positive and professional demeanor - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment **Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the well-being and success of our associates.
