Conduct research, follow up on commitments, and resolve open issues, logging all interactions in our ticketing system. * **E-mail & Chat Support:** Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing all questions and issues in a timely and professional manner. Properly enter customer information and resolution in our ticketing system. * **Skill Improvement:** Continuously strive to enhance your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stay up-to-date with support resources provided by arenaflex and its clients. * **Communication:** Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your supervisor or department manager.
