As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of this revolution, working with customers from all over the world to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide them with the support they need to succeed. **The Role** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via our ticketing system, live chat, and email. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your role will be critical in shaping their experience of our platform. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling back office tickets and providing 7*24H online enquiries and email replies services to customers * Handling customer enquiries, advice, and suggestions via email or online tools * Supporting other business units with customer liaison, accurately documenting customer requests and advice, and providing feedback in the form of documentation * Handling customer complaints, any special cases, or ad hoc tasks **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * College degree or above * Fluency in English (written and spoken) * Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry (outstanding new graduates are also welcomed to apply) * High level of honesty and integrity * Proactive and meticulous approach to work * Strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit * Ability to work under pressure, with strong communication skills and a willingness to exceed expectations * Passion for the customer service industry and a willingness to work under different work shifts, including night shift **Working at arenaflex** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding.
