**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, and digital channels. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and help them navigate the complexities of the financial services industry. This is a full-time, hourly position that offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs and your availability.

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and digital channels, responding to a wide range of client inquiries and concerns
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and provide seamless support
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex products and services to provide informed guidance to clients

**Shifts and Hours**
* Monday – Friday shifts, with training hours from 8:30am – 5:00pm EST
* Post-training shifts must be able to work an 8hr shift between the hours of 10am – Midnight EST

arenaflex's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a arenaflex office.
