We prioritize ownership, freedom, and responsibility, enabling our team members to build the lives they want while making a maximal impact. **About the Role** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their queries, investigate issues, and provide solutions. Your proactive approach will help us continuously improve our products and processes, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be responsible for: * Answering customer requests, handling bug issues, and investigating problems on their accounts * Categorizing and analyzing insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes * Identifying potential improvements for a better customer journey and self-service * Maintaining and expanding articles, bots, the knowledge library, and auto-replies to achieve fast and qualitative support * Taking ownership of projects and ensuring they're completed within a quarter to improve our support service * Participating in customer onboarding calls to ensure a smooth start with our product **Who We're Looking For** * You have excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent) * You're passionate about online marketing and have a strong understanding of customer expectations and wishes * You're proactive, customer-focused, and always willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional experiences * You're organized, can prioritize tasks, and manage your day effectively * You're comfortable sharing constructive feedback and open to receiving feedback from others * You have a strong passion for problem-solving and can identify customer needs that aren't currently met * Technical knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Zapier, email tools) and social media is a great advantage * A technical background or experience in tech support is not required but is an advantage **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's ideal for our team members.
