**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:
* Communicating with customers via live chat, email, or phone, and resolving any problems they may encounter with our Shopify app
* Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to provide expert support and guidance to our customers
* Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our app
* Participating in non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, creating mockups, or assisting with marketing initiatives, based on your natural abilities and interests
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
* A passion for helping others and a strong desire to solve problems and provide exceptional customer support
* Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
* Basic knowledge of CSS and JS, with a willingness to learn more and expand your skills
* Ability to write technical documentation and articles, and to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
* Willingness to perform non-CS related tasks and to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working with Shopify, particularly in theme development or customization
