Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer emails in a thorough and professional manner, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely fashion.

- Check emails twice daily, Monday through Friday, for approximately 30 minutes each time, to ensure prompt response to customer inquiries.
- Occasionally receive and handle phone calls from customers, estimated at about one to two calls per month.
