**Job Summary**
Type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: $18 – $22 per hour based on experience
Working Hours: Flexible shifts available, under 4 hours for part-time roles
Location: Remote
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, chat, and email
* Assisting customers with product-related questions and concerns
* Processing returns, refunds, and exchanges as necessary
* Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
* Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues
* Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required
