**Position: Customer Support Representative (Full-Time)**
**Location: Fully Remote**
**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the medical field outside of a clinical setting, with the flexibility of a work-from-home position.
**Responsibilities:**
* Address inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
* Use active listening and basic medical terminology to assist customers effectively.
* Handle technical issues and maintain accurate records of interactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
* Provide timely and effective communication to customers and stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and careerzynith's products and services.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Quiet, private home workspace with wired high-speed internet.
* 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Office and computer setup.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
**Preferred:**
* Healthcare industry experience, post-secondary education, or bilingual (Spanish/English).
* Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
