Our mission is to make a positive impact in healthcare by providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their stakeholders. **Position: Customer Support Representative (Full-Time)** **Location: Fully Remote** **Job Summary:** As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
