* Resolve client inquiries and issues in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and client satisfaction ratings

**Required Capabilities:**
* 1-year experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
* Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work from home, meeting arenaflex's remote work standards, including a secure workspace, reliable internet, and a virtual office setup
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Professional (CCCP)
