We believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and we strive to provide a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages growth and development. **Key Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for: * Responding to all incoming customer calls from customers, sales reps, and service techs, and serving as a back-up for placing service part orders * Assisting customers by determining order status and working to resolve product-related problems and questions * Informing customers of standard procedures when placing an order and following up (verbally or in writing) to ensure customer satisfaction * Following a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders (as defined by the company) that are submitted electronically or by fax with 48-hours of receipt for capital orders and 24-hours for service orders * Initiating and tracking documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations * Providing exceptional customer service, living the arenaflex brand values, and developing true friendships with our customers * Building relationships and fostering teamwork with fellow team members, leadership, and individuals within other departments **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role * High school diploma or equivalent * Basic reading and math skills, and ability to adhere to safety-related issues, including good housekeeping, ergonomics practices, documentation, and team concepts * Ability to effectively demonstrate knowledge of modern office procedures by utilizing personal computers, fax machines, and copy machines **Preferred Qualifications:** * PC literate, with experience in ERP systems (JDE/SAP/Sales Force/Genesis) * Customer Service experience, strongly preferred **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to: * Develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and marketing * Work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and career prospects * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and mutual respect.
