**The Role**
As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or live chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their issues promptly and efficiently. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer customer questions that come in via our website(s)
* Provide concise information to customers via live chat, ensuring quick responses and accessibility
* Identify and resolve customer issues, including faulty products, shipping issues, and service complaints
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Flag major pain points to a liaison, who will convey the information to other departments to improve our products and services
* Complete training on our customer support systems, policies, and procedures
* Engage with on-the-job training opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge
**Qualifications**
* A love for customers and their experience with our product
* Analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM platforms
* Knowledge of customer support metrics and industry best practices
* Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience (AI, Chat, Self-serve portals)
* Ability to work weekends if needed

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

**Compensation and Benefits**
