**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with our QA and support teams to improve our documentation and support policies. If you're a self-motivated and customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Answering support tickets and following up on customer issues through Zendesk (email)
* Providing phone support when requested by the customer
* Escalating tickets when you don't have the knowledge or tools to answer the ticket
* Reporting to the Support Team when there are any issues or recurring problems
* Collaborating with the support and QA team to improve our documentation and support policies
* Working closely with your team to ensure seamless customer support and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support
* An Associate's degree or higher
* Experience with Zendesk is preferred but not required
* The ability to use private WiFi in a secure workspace
* A laptop or desktop device (preferably with exclusive use)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Experience with SaaS or web-based services and excellent computer skills
* A willingness to lend a hand when a coworker is in need and ask for help when anything isn't clear
* The ability to start this job immediately
