**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a night and weekend shift. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via email, live chat, and phone. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
**Responsibilities**
* Answering emails, live chat, and phone calls from customers, providing prompt and accurate solutions to their queries
* Assisting customers with setting up their online shops, designing products, and troubleshooting issues with their Printful Store and E-Commerce platform
* Collaborating with customers to resolve complex issues, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolutions and follow-up actions
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services
* Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
**Requirements**
* Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of providing top-notch support in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and live chat platforms
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
* Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce
* Knowledge of printing and fulfillment processes, including product design and production
* Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce and Zendesk
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
