**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a night and weekend shift. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. Your role will involve:
* Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from clients
* Assisting clients with setting up their online shops, designing products, and troubleshooting issues
* Collaborating with clients to resolve complex problems and provide solutions
* Maintaining accurate records and updating client information as needed
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support

* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and live chat platforms

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or support environment
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and WooCommerce
* Knowledge of design principles and printing processes
* Experience with CRM software and customer support tools
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
