**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests. Your responsibilities will include:
* Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and following up as needed to resolve issues
* Completing data entry of solutions into arenaflex's healthcare software
* Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
* Working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike
* Working with a willingness to learn and grow, as we share feedback, receive input, and work in a culture of openness and development
* Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (occasionally other stations depending on the situation) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
* Expecting a significant portion of the average business day will be outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
* Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
* A strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and stand out enough to be noticed to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
* High school education or equivalent
* Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable
* Strong decision-making abilities
* Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to adapt to change as per the business needs of the organization
* Flexibility to move schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data
* Ability to pass personal investigation
* Willingness to appear for work on time and be committed to being your best
