Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound phone calls to potential customers to collect survey data, requiring drive and determination.
- Handle objections professionally to ensure survey completion.
- Enter review reactions into the framework with precision and attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and precisely to answer survey questions and record responses.
- Enter data quickly and accurately for quick data entry.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and handle different difficulties and situations during calls.
Requirements:
- Prior work experience in a high-volume, high-quality environment in customer service, sales, or survey support.
- Ability to think quickly and effectively respond to changing circumstances.
- Ability to handle different difficulties and situations during calls.
- Ability to communicate clearly and precisely to answer survey questions and record responses.
- Ability to type quickly for quick data entry.
- Determined commitment to achieving campaign objectives and a proactive, go-getter attitude.
- Adaptability to work on pivoting shifts on a case-by-case basis.

Technical Requirements:
- Up-and-down internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.
- Dual-core processor and at least 8GB of RAM on a PC, Mac, or Linux-based laptop or desktop.
- Headset and webcam.
- Quiet workplace.
