With Mods available in 50+ languages in 70+ countries, we're your squad for the digital world. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients' customers via phone and ticket support. You'll be working on a variety of projects, from helping customers troubleshoot issues to providing product information and resolving complaints. If you're a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, then this role is perfect for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide phone and ticket support to customers, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner * Follow a written workflow to ensure consistency and quality in our support processes * Work with a variety of clients, each with their own unique products and services * Collaborate with other Mods to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer support experience, preferably in a call center or BPO environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and customers * Ability to follow a written workflow and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk * Knowledge of industry-specific products and services (e.g. software, e-commerce, finance) * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative) * Fluency in multiple languages (arenaflex is a global company, and we serve clients in many languages) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our Mods grow and develop their careers.
