**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' lives. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing enthusiastic and compassionate customer service for inbound and outbound phone and email support
* Working closely with other departments to resolve issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Managing multiple software programs while conversing with internal and external customers
* Maintaining and promoting excellent client relations through prompt, efficient, and accurate responses to email and phone communications
* Delivering strong and proactive follow-up to customers
* Adhering to defined procedures, standards, and performance expectations

**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
