**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**
* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
