**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. This is a part-time/full-time position, with a flexible schedule that can be worked out between you and your teammate to provide 7-day coverage.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets
* Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, with minimal supervision
* Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
* Contribute to the growth and success of our organization through innovative ideas and suggestions
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability
* Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner
* Native U.S. English speaker
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment
* Experience working with overseas teams or in a multicultural environment
* Familiarity with customer support software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
* Certification in customer support or a related field
* Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA or Asana
