We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Support Service Representative to join our STAT Team in one of our two locations. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. **About the Role** As a Customer Support Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients and patients. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer requests, provide product education, and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you a valuable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer base, and patients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer requests * Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet * Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures * Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution * Provide additional customer education and information as needed * Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services * Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions * Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner * Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies * Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance * Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance **Schedule and Availability** The schedule for this position will be Sunday - Thursday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM PST.
