Our Support team operates as the first point of contact for the careerzynith community, and we're looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist who shares our customer-first mentality. In this role, you'll act as an expert user of our mobile and web-based tools, ensuring the success of our logistics services and a great experience for our users. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll work full-time on a 4-day workweek schedule that may include non-traditional hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, partners, users, and community members through phone, email, and text-based channels. Your primary objectives will be to:
* Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer concerns and issues
* Utilize active listening skills to understand and confirm customer information
* Balance efficiency and speed in addressing questions or issues while ensuring a high-quality customer experience
* Proactively monitor in-progress deliveries and take corrective action when necessary
* Manage non-standard delivery situations with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
* Effectively use Salesforce and other internal tools to accurately log interactions and solve issues
* Collaborate with team members from various departments to ensure seamless delivery experiences
**What You Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a technology or logistics company
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with diverse personalities
* Ability to quickly and efficiently problem-solve and troubleshoot
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
* Proactive and able to navigate through uncertainty and ambiguity
* Ability to work a schedule comprised of non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends
* Experience with Salesforce is a plus!
