As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their Coca-Cola products are served at the perfect temperature. You'll work closely with our clients to troubleshoot issues, perform mechanical services, and maintain our soft drink fountain equipment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex's standards
* Investigate and troubleshoot issues with pop fountain equipment
* Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
* Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic appearance
* Remain positive, work as a team player, and create exceptional customer support-oriented organizations
* Collaborate with our clients to resolve issues and ensure their Coca-Cola products are served at the perfect temperature
**Essential Qualifications**
* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude to repair machines
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Adaptability to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support)
