You'll be responsible for resolving issues, collecting and tracking user feedback, and working closely with our product teams to ensure customer satisfaction. interactions on arenaflex, resolving any issues they may face and becoming a true Customer Advocate. * Answer customers' questions and resolve any issues they may be facing in a timely and professional manner. * Identify problem areas and flag them to the concerned team, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. * Ensure customer satisfaction by collecting and tracking user feedback, and working closely with our product teams to implement changes and improvements. * Collaborate with our product teams to resolve issues and share customer feedback, helping to shape the future of our platform. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform, products, and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest features and developments. **Requirements** * Previous experience providing support through live chats, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. * Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. * Ability to provide proactive and innovative solutions, thinking outside the box to deliver fast results. * Outstanding written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. * Ability to understand customer needs, empathize with their concerns, and provide personalized support. * Ability to work in teams, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives. * A customer-centric,
