You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, address concerns, and provide swift, thorough, and friendly customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. **Key Responsibilities** * Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of the calls. * Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat. * Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experiences. * Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment. * Have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities.
